Denplan Patient Data Exchange (PDE)

With Patient Data Exchange, you can utilise our extensive R4 Software’s database to auto-match your Denplan list. This tool divides patient groups into three categories:

• Auto-matched
• Possibly matched
• Not matched

You can then compare your own data with the “possibly matched” groups to confirm which of them are actual matches. Any changes to the patient’s name, address, payment information, or other data entered in R4 Software is also updated automatically in Denplan.

PDE also makes it possible to see patient joiners and leavers, as well as payment status, fee code, name, address, and gone away or decreased flags. As a result:

• The patient record displays the most accurate payment status
• You can easily locate customers with unpaid balances without having to contact the PSA
• You gain complete control of matching and data updates
