Denplan Excel Oral Health Score

With Denplan Excel Oral Health Score, you can now view or complete your patients' oral health score directly within the clinical screens of R4 Software as well as the patient record screens.

You can even add the patient’s Excel Oral Health Score directly in the Clinical Chart, and provide scores for the following items:

• Whether the patient is experiencing any type of pain
• Whether the patient is eating an unrestricted diet
• Whether the patient is happy with the appearance of his or her teeth
• The patient's mucosal and occlusal states
• Whether caries are present in each sextant
• Any wear and tear in each sextant
• The periodontal condition of each sextant

After answering these questions, the system then provides an overall score for the patient. You can then use this information to determine the appropriate Denplan band for the patient.

You can complete as many Excel Oral Health Assessments as required for each patient. The system also stores all previously completed assessments, so you will always be able to review the results when you need them. 

And, because all of the completed assessments are included in the patient’s clinical record, you no longer have to complete or store paper versions of the assessments. Information can even be accessed through the patient’s record or via the scheme tab.
